Celebration of Life, Deborah Walling 4PM

We lost a long-time member: Debra Walling. She was both a member of Vancouver Emblem #473 and Vancouver Elks #823. She was a constant Emblem supporter and friend. We will miss her smile and trendy fashion sense.
* Her memorial service will be held at the Vancouver Elks Lodge #823 on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
