Elktoberfest Meeting 5:30PM

We Need Volunteers!
To make Elktoberfest a success, we need your help!
Volunteers are needed for:
•Token Sales – Keep the lines moving and help guests purchase food and drinks.
•Vendor Coordination – Work with our fantastic local vendors to ensure a smooth event.
•Food Sales – Serve up traditional German favorites with a smile.
•Set-Up & Tear-Down – Help transform the Lodge grounds into a Bavarian wonderland and clean up after the fun.
•Kids’ Games – Bring joy to the little ones with fun and engaging activities.
•Event MCs – We need lively personalities to keep the crowd engaged, announce activities, and lead everyone in the Chicken Dance (and other shenanigans!).
If you’d like to be part of the Elktoberfest Coordination Committee, please attend our first coordination meeting on Tuesday, April 22nd at 5:30 PM in the Stag Bar or send a note to (Elktoberfest823@gmail.com) if you can’t make the meeting.
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or new to the event, we’d love to have you on board!
