Officer Nominations

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 23, 2021
NEW: Procedures for the nomination and election of the officers and trustees for the 2021/2022 lodge year:
1st Lodge meeting February 9, 2021 – We will hold our nominations for officers and trustees.
2nd Meeting February, 23, 2021 – If there are any officer positions that no one has been nominated for, nominations will be taken for those positions only.
Name of nominees for each office will be read during the meeting.
*Voting will be held in person at the Lodge
Wednesday 24, 2021 and Thursday 25, 2021 during Lodge office hours.
(You will be required to show your membership card and be an Elk in good standing to vote)
Ballots will be held in a locked ballot box at the Lodge office. At the end of the day on Thursday 02/25/2021 the ballot box will be opened by the Exalted Ruler and the ballots will be counted by Exalted Ruler and Lodge Secretary.
The Lodge Secretary will contact the candidates with the results of the election. Lodge membership will be notified through the following weeks Blast.
