This meeting is to coordinate activities for all the Committees and Officer functions. All Lodge Officers/Trustees and Committee Chairs should plan on attending. All Committee Members can also attend or anyone wanting to be on a committee can attend. *In the Stag Bar unless there's an event in there, then the Dining Room.

Lodge Meeting 7PM (1st Nominations)
The lounge opens at 4 PM, closes during meetings, then re-opens after the meeting until 9 PM. *All Elk Members in the building have to attend the Lodge Meeting or leave the building.
