Martial Arts/Self-Defense classes

$8 Per Class – Hosted by Champions NW –  Hosted by Champions NW programs are designed to reinforce educational opportunities and family values while providing students with the highest level of self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-discipline. We currently offer Self-Defense/Martial Arts classes. At Champions NW we present a safe and fun learning environment for students to thrive and welcome all, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or economic circumstances.
