5:00 PM – Cocktails
Mix, mingle, and begin the evening with friends.

5:45 PM – Officer & Dignitary Introductions
Celebrate and recognize our incoming leadership and honored guests.

6:00 PM – Dinner Service (immediately following introductions)
Enjoy a delicious Italian-inspired dinner featuring:

• Beef Lasagna
• Chicken Parmesan
• Italian Vegetable Medley
• Fresh Salad & Bread
• Tiramisu for dessert

Gluten-free and vegetarian options available.

🎶 6:00–8:00 PM – Live Music in the Ballroom
The Vancouver Community Jazz Band small combo will provide the perfect soundtrack during dinner and keep the dance floor lively afterward.

🎉 8:00–11:00 PM – After Dinner Party in the Lounge
Keep the celebration going with Lip Bomb, brought to you by your new Exalted Ruler. Dance, celebrate, and enjoy a high-energy after party with your fellow members.
