Calling all Washington and Oregon Elks! The Washington State Ritual Committee is holding a ritual certification clinic on November 4th and 5th, 2023 at Vancouver Elks Lodge #823. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about what ritual is and why it’s so important to Elks.
